We may disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of a client, our staff or the public.

Kaizen Fitness provides fitness and nutrition coaching. We are not a medical provider and nothing we deliver is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescription medication.

Health information you share is treated as confidential and used only to coach you safely and effectively.

We keep your information for as long as you are a client, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

You may withdraw permission to use your photos or testimonials at any time.

You may unsubscribe from any non-essential communication at any time.
