Our Process
Evaluate. Strategize. Execute.
Four phases, one loop. It repeats every week you work with us, and it's the reason our clients are still here a year later.
Evaluate
We start with the truth, not a template.
Before a single workout is written we take an honest inventory: training history, injuries, sleep, stress, work schedule, what your kitchen and week actually look like, and what you've already tried and abandoned. We look at intake, not estimates. Most people discover the problem was never the gym — it was the four hours between 6pm and 10pm.
- Goal and lifestyle intake questionnaire
- Movement, injury and recovery screen
- Nutrition baseline from real food logs
- Honest audit of what has failed before and why
Strategize
A plan sized to the life you have.
We build backwards from your goal to this week. Training blocks that fit the days you can genuinely train. Nutrition targets you can hit at a restaurant. Meal plans matched to your budget and cooking skill. We pick the smallest set of changes that will move the needle — then we sequence them, so you're never juggling five new habits at once.
- Training block with clear weekly progression
- Calorie, protein and habit targets you can hit
- Meal plan, grocery list and prep map
- A defined order of operations, one habit at a time
Execute
Weekly reps on the plan and on the plan itself.
Execution is where coaching earns its money. Every week you check in with numbers and notes, and every week a coach responds — adjusting one variable, not five. Progress is read on the trend line, never on a single bad morning. You always know what this week's job is, and it's always small enough to do.
- Weekly check-in with coach response
- One variable adjusted at a time
- Trend-based progress reviews, not daily weight panic
- Monthly program rewrite as you adapt
Improve
Especially the week you want to quit.
Everyone gets off track. Vacations, deadlines, sick kids, grief, a hard February. Our job isn't to shame you back — it's to shrink the plan until it fits the week you're actually in, and keep one thread intact. That's the entire difference between another restart and the last one you'll need. Kaizen means we keep going, smaller if we must, but we keep going.
- Direct messaging with your coach between check-ins
- Off-track protocol: reduce scope, protect the habit
- Travel, holiday and injury contingency plans
- Wins tracked beyond the scale — sleep, energy, mood, strength
